WHAT IS RAW HAIR?
100% Pure Raw Hair has NO synthetic strands and is UNPROCESSED. NO chemical, heat, steam or animal hair is added to any of the bundles as they come from 1 single donor. Sourced STRAIGHT from Chennai, India or South Vietnam each bundle is made using 9 stitch weft method to reduce shedding and extend longevity and no 2 bundles are the same. Density is thick from weft to ends which requires less bundles and creates fuller body. The hair is the purest hair on the market and has beautiful, natural sheen and can last 4/5 years.
HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?
Bundles are around 95-100g each. RAW donor hair comes with more hair on the weft than VIRGIN bundles and requires less hair usage.
For traditional sew ins 2 BUNDLES can suffice for up to 20 inches.
Closure/Frontal sew ins using bundles below 20 inches only require 2 bundles and the closure/frontal piece, 20 inches and above requires 3, and above 24 inches 4 bundles.
For layered looks, purchase staggering lengths EX: 16”, 18”, 20”.
Keep in mind the longer the hair the shorter the weft so 3-4 bundles may be needed for longer lengths (or if you just like fuller looks) BUT the beauty of RAW HAIR is even if you do go longer you can get away with 2 bundles because the hair is thick. Purchase at your discretion and note that having more hair is always better than not having enough.
CAN THESE EXTENSIONS BE COLORED/DYED/STRAIGHTENED/CURLED?
YES! PURE, RAW Indian hair is the best hair on the market to do it all. It is advised that a professional do any chemical processes to extensions. Coloring and lightening (bleaching) the hair can alter the overall quality of the extensions so always leave it in a professional's hands. After colored or lightened, keep the hair hydrated and moisturized (see hair care below for more info). KEEP IN MIND, after any chemical processing the hair is no longer RAW AND PURE. Textures with a tighter curl or wave pattern hold better curls, For example, if you are looking for hair that holds good barrel curls opt for the Raw Indian Deep Wavy as opposed to Vietnamese Straight.
SHOULD I GET A LACE CLOSURE OR LACE FRONTAL?
A lace closure only covers a 5x5 surface area and allows for parting only in that area. It can be applied glueless or with adhesive and is 40-50% versatile as opposed to the lace frontal. This method lasts longer and usually needs maintenance in 4 weeks if glueless and 2/3 if adhesive is used (or not). I ALWAYS RECOMMEND CLOSURES FOR BEGINNERS AND THOSE LOOKING FOR LESS MAINTENANCE. A 13x6 lace frontal spans from ear to ear giving you 100% versatility across your hairline. The most natural and LAID application is with adhesive but it can be done glueless with less longevity. Frontals can need maintenance anywhere between 1-2 weeks depending on body chemistry.
ARE WIGS A BETTER PURCHASE FOR ME? WHY?
You can look flawless and polished with less prep time in the morning and without the tension of a sew-in with a custom wig (Here at PRESTEIGE HAIR CO. they are called CROWNS). Custom Crowns (units) are a custom fit experience for the Queen who wants to build her own tailor made unit from the type of hair used to a custom color of choice and more. Measurements are taken to ensure a good fit. The units come customized to give the appearance of it growing out of your scalp or the illusion of a sew in. Closure Crowns are the most convenient as they are glueless and can be taken on and off like a hat everyday. I recommend these units for beginners and those who want the convenience of removing their crown to oil their scalp and less maintenance while still achieving glam. Frontal crowns are the more versatile yet high maintenance and can be worn glueless or glued. All Custom Crowns come with HD lace closure or FRONTAL, our PURE, RAW Indian hair, adjustable band, and combs. Crowns are machine-stitched by me and can last 4+ years. Another wig option are Pre-Made Crowns. These provide universal sizing in S, M, L as they come machine made from my vendor and are quicker to receive. Pre-made crowns feature everything as custom crowns but use Premium Virgin Hair instead of RAW Indian hair. Both Custom and Pre-mades can be tightened and the closure or frontal can be replaced (for an additional fee) as need be without having to order a whole new unit.
EXTENSION HAIR CARE
Let’s start with a universal hair care that can be used for all textures: OLAPLEX
This is a nourishing, reparative shampoo/conditioner system that cleanses and hydrates all hair types to leave hair touchably soft, shiny, and more manageable with every use. It is formulated with Olaplex Bond Building Technology that protects hair from everyday stressors that cause frizz, breakage, and split ends by relinking broken bonds. The products are vegan, cruelty-free, sulfate-free, and paraben free
Now on to specifics:
The highest maintenance will be #613 PLATINUM BLONDE. The hair will be fragile and easier to break off due to the hair bonds being broken. Platinum Blonde Hair will require daily hydrating of a Bonding Oil and Washed Weekly with some Olaplex Bond Maintenance Shampoo and Conditioner. For deeper treatment of the hair opt for the Olaplex Hair Repair Treatment Kit. The kit includes:

After Shampoo/Conditioning,
After conditioning, ALWAYS use a leave in conditioner. OLAPEX leave-in styling treatment is infused with bond building technology to strengthen and protect hair from everyday damage and chemical services. It also promotes faster blow dries and has up to 72 hours of frizz control. Another good leave in is BIOSILK 17 Miracle Leave In Conditioner.

Each product is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of luxury and authenticity. To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following return and exchange policy. Please read all information to ensure you are ordering correctly and comply with the turnaround time and shipping. Be sure to have the correct measurements of your head for units.
RETURN/EXCHANGE: Please note that due to the nature of our products including Raw Indian, Vietnamese, and Burmese hair bundles, tape ins, Silicone seamless clip-ins, and HD lace wigs, We cannot accept returns refunds or exchanges.
* We are committed to delivering hair extensions and wigs of exceptional quality. Before shipment, each product undergoes rigorous quality control checks to ensure it meets our strict standards. We take great care in packaging and handling your order to maintain its quality during transit.
* In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at booking@theteitouch.com within three business days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment.
* We double check every order to ensure accuracy. If there is an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue and arrange for the correct items to be sent to you.
* Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
CANCELLATION: To cancel any order within 24 hours a 15% restock fee is taken from your total. Please email booking@theteitouch.com to begin your cancellation process.
PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL UNITS: ALL units are made featuring the The RAW Collection and HD Lace sourced directly from South Asian Countries (India, Vietnam, Burma) . To ensure a luxury unit with all parts turnaround time is 21-28 days. Delays should be expected during holidays and promotions. Remember this is a custom design which takes time to be tailored to you.
PROCESSING TIME FOR BUNDLES, CLOSURES, FRONTALS: Most mentioned products are processed in 5-7 days (in the order received) and shipping can take up to 14 business days (could be shorter),
SHIPPING: Shipping time begins after processing time is finished. Ex: Processing Time could be 5 days and shipping would commence on the 5th day. Processing time could be 14 days for a unit and shipping would commence on the 15th day.
USPS: 2-3 Business days
Fed Ex: 3-5 Business days
*You are encouraged not to make any hair appointments until the hair is received.
*After your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number from the email you provided during checkout. There is a link included in that email to send you directly to the tracking website to track your order.
PICK UP:
Order pick-up will require the same debit/credit card used to be shown upon pick-up along with a matching PHYSICAL ID with the same order name.
